CANCELLATION POLICY
How to cancel your appointment: You must inform me at least 24 hours in advance by any of the contact methods enabled for this purpose. In any case, the cancellation will be considered communicated once I have confirmed the cancellation notice.
NO COST: If canceled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
PENALTY OF 50% OF THE SESSION: If the minimum period of 24 hours has not been met or if it has not been cancelled. In this case, the payment of the penalty is subject to the reservation of a new appointment, that is, if the penalty is not paid, I will not make a reservation for a new appointment.
For bonuses, the session will automatically be deducted from the contracted bonus in its entirety.
In the event of a penalty, all services that you wish to contract from that moment on must be paid ALWAYS in advance, at the time of booking the service, so that the appointment can be confirmed.
